***UPDATE – 1 AUG*** You can now call the salon directly for an appointment as we have contacted everyone who registered on the waitlist.

Whilst returning to the salon will be a different experience for both clients and staff, first things first, you need that appointment.

With clients asking for an appointment as soon as possible, to best manage demand we’ve created a waitlist. This was opened initially to clients who had their appointments cancelled due to the salon closure. It’s now open to all, and we’ll be allocating appointments on a first-come-first-served basis.

We’ve has to make some changes, says Charlotte, salon manager. It may be difficult to get an appointment at first and won’t be possible to pick specific times and dates whilst we manage the initial demand.

Clients will no longer be able to wait in the salon, we need you to turn up at the time of your appointment and you’ll need to comply with our health & safety measures.

Carly Nicholas, Bosun’s Barbers manager added: We’ve also had to stop our walk-in service for us to manage the number of people in the salon. We ask all clients who usually just call in to make an appointment before and not to just turn up on the day.

To register for an appointment you’ll need to complete the online form, where you can indicate your preference of times and days and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Once your registration is processed you will receive confirmation that you’ve been added to the list… please give us some time as we are working through a large volume of request.

Once we have a confirmed date to reopen we’ll start allocating appointments. At this point, we’ll contact you to confirm the appointment details.
